How an Insurance Corporation Built a Unified Strategic Direction

Acumen helped BPI-MS establish a unified, strategic and common direction to ensure enabler accountabilities and enablers are in place.

The challenge

BPI-MS had no unified strategic direction, leaving ownership unclear, priorities undefined, and no clear yearly roadmap to guide initiatives.

What we did

Acumen developed a strategic process with BPI-MS. We:

  1. Facilitated a workshop to discuss and finalize investment priorities across all segments
  2. Helped the stakeholders make decisions on commercial growth pathways to pursue and plan for
  3. Aligned them on critical 5-year commercial and enabler strategies to meet financial and non-financial goals

The impact

BPI-MS now had a clear direction, aligned leadership, and a structured way to make better decisions and prioritize growth. This creates stronger alignment across teams and a more focused, actionable roadmap moving forward.

In their words

Acumen’s biggest value add is going through the details in a framework with guided process to put clarity in ownership on each of the initiatives. + Facilitation of the cross functional discussion.
